Toronto is a city full of breathtaking venues and backdrops, making it a perfect location for Stefi and Kevin’s intimate Archive Studios wedding.
Archive Studios is a favourite amongst Toronto photographers as a simple but ethereal venue for couples seeking an effortlessly cool setting for their wedding day. With its exposed brick walls, lofty ceilings, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, Archive Studios is all modern-meets-classic charm.
Stefi and Kevin opted for a candlelit reception which, any photographer will tell you, is an absolute dream to photograph. The ambient light creates a warm atmosphere while the candles illuminate guests’ faces, and more importantly, their reactions! The evening’s meal was deliciously prepared by Food Dudes and planning extraordinaire, Impresario Events, ensured a seamless day from start to finish.
One of my favourite aspects of their wedding was Stefi’s nod to her Italian heritage via bomboniera and oodles of baby’s breath. To top it off, she hired Make Kwento to make a quintessential, ornately-piped white wedding cake befitting of an Italian wedding.
As a photographer, I was honoured to be a part of Stefi and Kevin’s intimate Archive Studios wedding. From the heartfelt ceremony to the cozy reception, every moment was filled with joy, making it a perfect example of what a small wedding could be.
